Windy City Roots: Cubs 1876 Heritage Hoodie
The “EST. 1876” detail honors the founding of the Chicago Cubs, one of baseball’s oldest franchises. That year marked the beginning of a team whose journey mirrors the city’s working-class grit and the evolution of America’s pastime through generations.
The bold “CUBS” lettering evokes the energy of Wrigley Field, where legends like Ernie Banks and Ryne Sandberg shaped the game. Their influence extended beyond stats, becoming symbols of optimism, perseverance, and community pride in Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods.
The circular logo links this hoodie to decades of triumphs and trials. From the heartbreaks of the early 20th century to the 2016 World Series breakthrough, it reflects a fan base that never lost faith in its team or its city.
